Admission Criteria

1. The candidates who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criterion for various courses are selected by the admission committee of the institute purely on merit basis and the interview conducted for the purpose. Eligibility concessions, if any, are as per the U.P. Govt rules and regulations.
2. The applicants must bring their original mark sheets and relevant pass certificates along with attested photocopies of the same when coming for interview.
3. Once cleared by admission committee and the PDP interview, the student has to deposit the registration fee of Rs. 15000/- for reserving his/her seat.

Procedure
The Admission process begins in the month of April with the academic sessions starting from mid July / August every year. The Admissions Committee selects candidates on merit of entrance examination / interviews which are conducted by the Institute at the following centers: Bareilly, Bijnor, Chandigarh, Delhi, Ganganagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jalandher, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Moradabad, Meerut, Noida and Srinagar.

Information
A personal visit to the college for a conference with a counselor is always desirable and helps prospective students and their parents evaluate the benefits and plans being offered for their future education. A visit to the campus is also an added opportunity to obtain additional information and explanation.

Rules and Regulations

Fees will not be refunded if the student leaves the Institute after admission or during course due to any what so ever it may be.
1. All leave application must be addressed to the in-charge of the Institute.
2. A student must have 80% attendance at the end of the course as laid down by the U.P. State Medical Faculty regulations to be eligible for appearance in the annual examination.
3. Use of Tobacco, Alcohol or any intoxicants of narcotics in strictly prohibited in the premises of the Institute. The student can be restricted if found using any of the said substances.
4. Students from outside U.P. Should have passed 10+2 (Science) from N.1.0.S, CBSE, State Board & other board which are equivalent to U.P. Board of High School and Intermediate, Uttar Pradesh shall be eligible for admission.
5. A sense of decorum and discipline is expected of every student in the institute, hospitals as well as in the entire campus, Ragging is strictly prohibited.
6. The student should wear the prescribed complete uniform for duty including, white apron, shoes and Id. Card.
7. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in ShamIi only.
8. Students are to maintain absolute silence in the institution campus and in hostel.
9. Sever disciplinary proceedings will be taken against the students who indulge in love making or making friendship with an intention to develop sexual relations.
10. Students are forbidden to form up unions and political affiliations and associations in the institution campus or outside since the duration of the course is too short and students are to devote their attention fully in the academic matters. Students associated with such activities will be expelled from the institution without any advance notice.
11. The institute reserves the right to repeal or alter the existing rules or to enact further rules and regulations from time to time.
12. Student are expected to take proper care of the movable and immovable property of the Institute and laboratory of hospital instruments etc. will be considered indiscipline and punishing action will be taken. The students may be charged for loss or damage to property or equipment caused by his/her carelessness, negligence or misuse. If the damage is done internationally disciplinary action, rustication of students can be ordered by the director of the institute.
